The Mix - Offers support to anyone under 25 about anything that’s troubling them
Free short-term counselling service - 3pm-12am, 7 days a week

Kooth - confidential and anonymous online service for young people 11-18. Kooth users have access to BACP trained counsellors available until 10pm, 365 days a year, peer-to-peer support through moderated forums, and a range of self-help materials, co-written by other young people.
NHS talking therapies - help for 17+ who are experiencing mild depression and/or anxiety. The main treatment offered is Cognitive Behavior Therapy

Group therapy centre - low cost group therapy. Free initial 1-2-1 appointment. They offer CBT groups, compassion-focused therapy groups and long term group psychotherapy.
